They take the time to explain any issues they have found with your vehicle, as well as options concerning repairs. They DON'T constantly up-sell services and repairs you don't need. Machado's is a great shop. They let you know what needs to be done and explain why. They also delivered my car to me when I couldn't pick it up myself. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with their car.
