I HIGHLY recommend Machado's Auto Care on First Street. I initially called because I had a brake light that would stay on in one of my cars. Arny was very helpful over the phone and explained a number of reasons why it could stay on. I had asked about other issues I was having with two other vehicles. Not once did he try to rush the call. He was very informative and took his time to explain the answers to many questions I had. I brought in my Surburban for a diagnostic. I met Tom, the owner and he was very helpful and explained why I had several lights that would always stay on. They topped off the brake fluid at no charge. He mentioned that the sensor in my front right tire was out as well and once I fixed that the other lights on my dash would go away. I replaced the sensor when I got my tires rotated and sure enough all the lights went away. I needed to get my son's car in to get a new fuel pump. Arny asked if I had AAA and reminded me that I could get them to tow my son's car to the shop since it was already apart of the fees I paid. They were short handed, but said they would look at the vehicle on Monday. I was in no rush. It wasn't running anyway. Tom called me as promised and let me know the diagnosis and they could have it done by Tuesday. After checking the transmission and getting an oil change done they advised that my spare tire was completely flat. They filled it up and told me bring it in next week to see if we needed to take it in to a tire shop. I stayed once after closing just chatting it up with these guys. It was like we were old friends. They have a new loyal customer. Thanks Arny and Tom for the awesome customer service and for making my experience a great one!

"Good service, fair pricing and honest workers." Check off survey,s are easy to fill out but they limit what you can say. These people do work the way I used to on my own car, they know a lot more than I ever did, it's a lot faster and costs less.

I initially called because I had a brake light that would stay on in my Chevy Surburban. Arny was very helpful over the phone and explained a number of reasons why it could stay on. I had asked about other issues I was having with two other vehicles. Not once did he try to rush the call. He was very informative and took his time to explain the answer to many questions I had. First I brought in my Surburban for a diagnostic. Sure enough my brake fluid was below the minimum requirements. I met Tom, the owner and he was very helpful and explained why I had several lights that would always stay one. Told me I needed to get my brakes done and topped off the brake fluid at no charge. He mentioned that the sensor in my front right tire was out as well and once I fixed that the other lights on my dash would go away. My husband just didn't have the time or tools to work on it. When I picked it up I spoke with Tom for quite a while just before they were closing. Tom is the nicest guy and very helpful. I ended up chatting with him until well after closing time. It was like we were old friends talking about our family and kids. These guys are honest and do great work. They have a new loyal customer. Thanks Arny and Tom for making my experience a great one!
