Machado's is an excellent shop, everyone there is awesome and they are honest, they will tell you if something is fine and doesn't need fixing/replacing, and if it does they do it for a fair price and it gets done right!

The staff, as always, was courteous and accommodating and did a good job of keeping me informed. Their work was thorough and I am completely satisfied.

The staff if very friendly and efficent. I was told my car would be done in 45 minutes and it was.

Tom, Arnie, and the rest of the crew are a great team. They are professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what needs done or what they had to do. They always do a great job and get my car back on the road.

Where do I start? It's always been very hard to find good auto repair shop. A shop where the mechanics are professional and know what they are doing, and workers who are honest and try to help you without ripping you off. Machado Auto Care is exactly this, a small shop with honest and reliable professionals. Mechanics at Machado service my two Subaru cars and helped me though some huge problems after OilChangers @ Pleasanton messed up one of them. Another good trait of the people at Machado is that they would always provide a good advice about your vehicle. I strongly recommend this shop. If you love and respect your vehicle, this is the place to go.

If you are looking for someone to entrust your vehicle to, give this place a try. On more than one occasion, I have brought them a car that was in distress. They have always been up to the challenge and gotten me on the road again. They also do standard maintenance too. They always report on recommended maintenance items on my 200K+ mile vehicle and help me achieve my goals with it. I count on them to give the final analysis when I get questionable recommendations from others. Best car clinic I know of in Livermore.
